New Small Multifamily House Hacker in Atlanta, GA

Hi BP,

Excited to join the community and connect with members. I have been reviewing small multifamily deals in the metro Atlanta area and am excited to learn more about this world. The content, podcast and books have all been great to build up my knowledge. I'm able to work remotely and would love to diversify some of my income sources and build wealth over time starting with house hacking.

I am looking to connect with fellow investors in Atlanta. There are a few current deals on my list and would love to gather feedback on my projections for the area.
