Hi Zach. I have 5 houses in Longview one of which I BRRRR'd. Have you had much success BRRRR'ing in Longview?
I’m looking to get started, but haven’t found properties that have worked well in regards to the numbers. The ones that do, seem to be in such poor neighborhoods on the south side of town that the potential for finding a good tenant afterwards is pretty slim. Just curious what part of the city you’re finding success with your rentals!
I seem to be late to the thread but I have 1 that I BRRRR'd a while back off of Judson. The market is doing very good right now and if the property is fairly priced it moves quickly. The best advice I can give is know your numbers and be ready to make an offer as soon as something hits the market or look off market. There does seem to be a lot of "I buy houses" people around if you are interested in that then AMP Real Estate puts on a meet up.
