I'm new to investing and biggerpockets. To start out me and two friends want to buy a duplex or triplex in Jersey. If you have any advice on how to get started (be it Jersey or otherwise) it would be much appreciated

    Are you all going to live in the same unit and rent the other 2 out or are you going to buy the building and rent the units out to them?

    Will do. So far I've started the podcasts and read a couple of books but I am still looking to get more educated on the topic. Are there any more books that you'd recommend I read?
