I am new to wholesaling in the Augusta, GA area and am looking to network with other REI's in the area. One of my first questions is does anyone have any recommendations for real estate attorneys in both GA and SC who handle assignment contracts?
Hey! I use McLeod and Murdoch for my assignments in GA/SC. I also recommend attending the local REIA meeting. Check them out in FB at Augusta REIA. They meet the second Thursday of each month. If you have any questions about wholesaling in Augusta let me know.
