Hello BP Members,
I'm beginning investor looking to grow my knowledge and connect with others. I must say I've already learnt a lot by reading several BP articles, Ultimate Beginners Guide, and posts - thanks all for making BP such a great resource.
I'm pursing a two pronged strategy: wholesaling and rental property investing. Goal is to utilize wholesaling to raise capital for buy and hold investing and also to locate rental properties for our portfolio.
Interested in hearing thoughts from other pursing similar strategies and connecting with other investors.
