Hello Everyone! I am new to the industry and glad to be here!

My name is Nathan Clifford and I am originally from New Hampshire however, for the last few years I have been traveling the east coast and some parts of Europe. Currently I am a junior network engineer however, after realizing that IT or at least networking is not for me I decided I will try to branch out and explore other industries.

I found out about this site from word of mouth via a few friends and I am hoping it will be a good learning resource and eventually maybe I will be able to contribute back! I am mainly interested in learning about rental properties - flipping and wholesale don't immediately stand out to me as something I would like to do but maybe in the future I will explore them a bit.
