Excited new investor ready to add value where needed!

Hello BiggerPockets community! I am a young CPA in Seattle, WA looking to add value and begin actively investing in Real Estate. I know what your thinking and sorry, no I cannot help you with your taxes I work on the other side of public accounting. However, with that being said I would consider my strengths to be deal analysis, financial literacy and networking/social skills.

I am very excited to move on from being a passive member of this community and to start meeting members of the greatest real estate investing community out there.
