Hi all, Ive been lurking around BP for about a year or so now and I appreciate the advice I've received from this forum. Im finally joining so I can be helpful to some people by sharing my limited experience as an investor.
Andrew Herrig. i'm buying and holding rentals. I have a few in the Arlington are and im hoping to build up the portfolio slowly. What kind of investing are you doing?
Fred Makaye I am also a buy and hold guy. The ideal strategy for me is buy for cash below market value, fix it up and rent it out, take out a loan at new (hopefully higher) appraised value, then recycle the cash.
