Hi! My name is Calvin. I live in Kapolei, Hawaiʻi and TBH I have zero experience with home ownership and renting out properties but I'm very interested. I enjoy traveling and eating (favorite food is pepperoni pizza :P ). The prices of homes in general here is way out of my household's budget so I am looking to start out by buying something out of state (eyeing out Austin, TX but open to other locations). Either single family homes or maybe condos. If any of you reading my posts lives nearby then we should definitely get together! Nice to meet all of you.
