Hey everyone, this is Mark from Indianapolis. I am currently a full time W2 Executive who enjoys making money through RE. I currently have LT multi-family properties in Indianapolis IN, Huntington West Virginia, and Knoxville TN. I also have a ST beach house rental in the Florida pan handle. Hi Alora. Thanks for connecting. I have one 6 unit bldg downtown on N Alabama St. Multi-family (4 units or more) deals have been tough for me to find. I hope you're have better luck. That's one reason I shifted to STR properties...they seem a little easier to find (but still difficult).
