New Investor and resources

Zach Henning
Posted

Hello Everyone!

My name is Zach Henning, and my family and I live in South Korea. We are looking at heading back to the states (I'm American, and my wife is Korean) in 1 1/2-2 years. In the last 6 months, I have discovered real estate investing through the usual gateway book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and have been consuming everything I can (especially bigger pockets podcasts!). I wondered if you all had any additional resources that would help me prepare as we would like to hit the ground running when we return.

My wife and I are looking at getting into multifamily when we return to give some context.

Books I have read so far: Rich Dad Poor Dad, Negotiating Real Estate by J. Scott, Investing in Real Estate with No Money Down by Brandon Turner, BRRRR by David Greene, Househackers Guide to the Galaxy by Bryce Stewart, Recession Proof Real Estate by J. Scott.

Books on Deck: Multifamily Millionaire by Brandon Turner, Estimating Rehab Costs by J. Scott, Creative Seller Financing by Chuck Sutherland.

Do you all have any other great resources that would benefit my wife and me?

Thank you all! Have a blessed day,

Zach.
