Hi, My name is Cheryl Ann. I have a burning interest in Real Estate and have one rental property. The rest of my life is spent training animals for motion pics and television. Found out about bigger pockets thru an REI meeting that featured Will Barnard. I am a newbie in investing. Studying wholesale, short sales and Mortgage Assignment. Hoping to learn and connect with other investors, so please feel free to contact me. I am working at being a bird dog as a way to learn and a way to bring something to the table as I learn.
Consider your opportunity being around money. It would seem that you work with people that have expendable income and money not performing as well as it should. As you get experience and hear of smokin deals perhaps you might be able to arrange funding.
