Hi, My name is James. I am happy to find this site. I am looking into moving from CA to Colorado-Front Range. Tons of forclosures and REO's. CNN and Money Magazines rated the area I am looking inti #1 in Best Places To Live. I have experiance in construction, real eatate principals and practice, finance, short sales, owner carry etc. But, I have yet to get started. Dont know if I should hook up with others and be the man on the ground for an inverstor, or go at it alone? Need all the help and advise I can get. Going to CO for 15 days mid June. I have spent countless hours doing research of the area and market. Also- I dont know how to activate IM or E-mail etc. Help??

James - sounds to me like you need to just jump in with 2 feet. If you've got such a strong background but haven't started to invest, perhaps you're allowing fear to overtake you? Good luck in Colorado. I hope you get yourself going!
