New into real estate and currently wholesaling any advice?

Posted

Hello my name is James, I'm new to all this but just recently closed my first deal wholesaling. I have only been in the real estate business for not even a month. I have been doing hvac all my life and I'm tired of it. I work too hard every day and never have time for family and when I do I am too tired. I started doing all this after seeing a video on Youtube about wholesaling and was like " I could do that " so I tried it and closed my first deal in 12 days. I currently have 4 more properties under contract with the intent to wholesale. I plan on getting my license within 30 days and eventually becoming a fix and flipper instead of wholesaling. I'm very good with people and have been dealing with homeowners for 10 years doing hvac so I believe I could be very successful in this business and would appreciate any advice.
