Lawyers in Tampa Bay Area

Hi everyone, I am a real estate newbie investor in the Tampa Bay Area. I recently moved down from Delaware with the ambitions to start my real estate empire here in Tampa. I’m currently in the process of getting a pre approval, connecting with different personal and acquiring capital. One of the pieces I am missing is a real estate lawyer. We use a solid asset protection attorney here in South Tampa that is highly reviewed and covers nearly all aspects of real estate.  DM for info.

    Hi Justin!  Welcome to Tampa! I'm also a transplant from Delaware!  When I purchased my home moving down here, we actually did need to speak to a lawyer due to some issues with the closing process. He was awesome and very knowledgeable in real estate.  Look up Inkelaar Law in Tampa Bay.  Feel free to message me as well if you have any questions!
