Handyman looking to connect with property managers and realtors

Jesse A. Nieto
Posted

Hey everyone. Im beginning my handyman journey here in Indianapolis.

A little about me.

41 owned a couple small businesses now. One of which was a vacation rental. So ive dealt with all types of folk.

ive been in various trades for the last 14 years. Flipped 4 houses (decided it wasnt something i felt compelled to pursue), and an automotive technician for the 12 years prior.

Currently employed in a residential production capacity as a fixer-type role. Drywall, framing, trim, cabinets, siding, electrical, some plumbing, etc. ive laid hands in pretty much everything inside and outside a home.

I am looking to start transitioning back into self-employment, weekends and evenings to start. Eventually I aim to fill my schedule out enough to make this my full time career.

I answer my phone and show up in time.

In the process of getting insured/bonded, but my LLC is good to go. Ive got my CRM for professional quotes and invoices.

All that said, I will be abiding by state law. While I have fully rewired my house and ran all the plumbing, I am not licensed in either...so if you want someone who will do absolutely anything for a job, that is not me.

If there is something I dont know how to do and I don't feel confident enough to figure out, I will tell you.

Reach out if you have any questions.

Thanks all!
