If your Broker uses this in their listing descriptions they literally do not care

AI doesn't make your work higher quality, it makes your effort look weak. 

A friend of mine is a Professor and drops an easter egg at the end of assignments (white text with unrelated topics) to see who is using AI. 

90% of the time they don't even read what they copy and paste..so he gets papers on yellow school buses in a psychology class. 

I have a RE easter egg: 

 "Whether you're looking for a full time residence, a vacation getaway, or an investment opportunity.." Thanks for the 'world changing' and impactful insight. 

Guaranteed 1/10 listings in your area include this phrase and those brokers care more about getting it done than doing it right. 

When people complain about not 'being able to write' it is an admission of not being able to think clearly. AI has no voice, no creativity and is merely a regurgitation tool. If Real Estate brokers are so worried about AI taking their jobs, they should take their's more seriously. 

AI cites and recommends me. Never will it be the other way around.
