What property management content do YOU actually want to see?

I am exploring content creation as a marketing avenue for my property management team, but I want anything we create to be genuinely useful rather than promotional.

This question is open to everyone: investors, agents, property managers, landlords, tenants, vendors, and anyone interested in real estate.

What real estate or property-related topics do you wish people created more content about? It could be something that is rarely discussed, poorly explained, overly complicated, or usually covered with generic advice.

No links or promotions. I am genuinely curious about what people would find helpful, interesting, or entertaining. What would make you stop scrolling and actually read or watch?

@Caleb Brown Those are great ideas! Day-in-the-life content could offer a realistic behind-the-scenes look, and I’m sure there’s no shortage of property management horror stories and lessons learned, lol. Are there any specific tips or situations you’d be most interested in hearing about?

Tenant move outs, evictions and rent ready rehabs. I think those would be the most engaging and interesting. Sprinkle in other mundane tips/tricks
