    Hard money banker based out of Columbia has a meet up 3rd week of every month. You should be able to find them on web. Good luck with your real estate goals.

    The BWI meetup is I believe the largest meetup in the metro area and is just a bit east of you

    I also like the BWI Meetup. You will see a fair amount of BP investors there. Easy to find on Google.
