I wanted to say a quick thank you to our friends in France for rejecting the EU Constitution. It is nice to see the dollar return to some form of strength globally, and our French neighbors may have helped to do just that!

Magnifique!

    Strong dollar is good for EU. But the rejecting starts some political games in Europe...

    Friends in France??? I thought this was a U.S. site. France is always at odds with the U.S. in practice and beliefs. Often objecting to our offerings at NATO among other things.

    The message was using irony.

    France objected to the EU constitution. The US and the Dollar were strengthened by their move.

    There are two types of people I can't stand;

    1. people who don't tolerate and accept other nations and cultures

    2. the French

    lol. the EU will encompass Europe eventually though.
