Pitching Subto/Creative Finance
Hi all. Texting with a few agents and I want to pitch creative finance/subject to. Does anyone have a quick script on how to pitch it/describe it in a few sentences so they don't just immediately say "not interested" I'm having trouble with them being open to hearing about it and potentially bringing it to the seller. Thanks!
