Automated offers on MLS?
I was listening to a recent BP podcast about an investor who had teamed up with a local realtor to numerous offers monthly somewhere around a 100 offers a month. He stated that he had some software that what doing this for him?
His criteria was 45+ days 3/2 on market he would then put a 65% asking price offer in. He would get a couple under contract every month. Anyone know of this software or automated process?
