Methods to raise capital on STR in Broken Bow, OK
My wife and I purchased a short term rental cabin in Broken Bow, OK. It is a very popular vacation area, just 3 hours north of DFW, TX. I am looking for ways to bring in capital, in order to refinance and reduce my monthly expenses (mortgage is highest expense). Are there investors willing to invest into a property for a return in monthly cash flow or interest. I can provide financials for the STR income, if there are willing participants. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
