How do you suppose they did that? Is it like a watermark on the paper?

it is a fake water mark, but it is not like a watermark, since it is readily visible. I'm curious if this is one of @michael quarles products? Can someone help me with the mention, since mine doesn't seem to work.

nope not ours. So many things wrong with that letter.
We have a coffee stain but place it correctly and don't yuck up the letter with crap.
