Anybody heard of"Connected Investors"
Saw an ad that popped up on YouTube. I was curious so clicked on it. It's a webinar about an app or software that searches for vacant, probate pre foreclosure s or whatever you want. Filters by a bunch of options, even repair level. Also has private funding link attached to your search. Sounds incredible. Has anyone used this yet?

I signed up to check it out.
I figured if I just got one lead or one deal then its worth it.
The data was ok, seems they have some program that pulls it together but when I dug deeper it was old.
I took a bunch of properties that I knew were REO's and listed and PIN still had them as the owner.
I found some vacant properties but same thing. When I reversed it I took a house that I knew was vacant but not on the list.
If it could give property info on each property, ie like that house I knew was vacant and look it up with a click and find the owner with the actual number that would be great but it does not.
I did not do any mailings or any large scale test just about 50 properties and granted there are so few distressed properties in many areas that it might be slim pickings.
I wish I gave it more effort but I did not want to waste alot of time and effort on faulty data if that was the case.
If was only $50 to $100 bucks a month I would try it for awhile but its a chunk up front and each month.
I canceled and they only charged me for a month.
