Does the STACK method only work if you have a partner?

Hey guys! I was watching one of BP’s webinars the other day and one of the strategies that was mentioned was the stack. He was explaining how you can buy 1 house one year and then 2 the next and 4 the next and so on.

The one thing it sounded like you needed for this strategy to work was a partner to buy the houses.

Is the stack possible if you wanted to buy the houses yourself and if so how?

@Brett Mason The stack doesn't require a partner, but it does require capital through value generation.  You can save:

- Save from work for your next downpayment

- Create value at work and get a promotion / bonus / commissions

- Create a side gig(s) (here is a great article)

- Let the value of house #1 grow and harvest / leverage it

- Flip another home to create capital

- BRRRR any property to create value

- Find a capital partner or lender whom you can provide value to

There are so many ways...  You just have to be willing to put in the time and hustle to make it happen.  PM me with Q's!

Hi @Brett Mason like most strategies it will work both with and without partners.  If you want to buy the houses yourself - buy a house with an FHA loan and BRRRR it to take the funds out.  Repeat with a second property.  If you have a partner - do it together.
