Very cool idea, @Jeremie Marcellus! I've heard of several firms that specialize in this for RE investing, and a few that focus on real estate agents and pull VAs from the Philippines. No matter which direction you go, being clear on your expectations up front and having "quality review" conversations at pre-determined times are a boon for your VA relationship and their productivity towards your goals.
