I hear some people including the guys that do BiggerPockets say that finding partners is a great way to get into real estate. My question is, how do I find these partners that can get me set up to start going for deals?

Finding a partner means developing your side of the partnership first. What do you bring to the table in a real estate context? Money? If not, skills? What will you do as your part of the partnership? There are a lot of different kinds, but everyone will want to build a real relationship first and see if it's a fit.
