Any remote investors interested in a meetup? Is there one that already exists? I currently invest in SFHs in Phoenix and would be interested in meeting up with other investors, discussing their markets, etc.

I would love to come to this meetup if it gets planned. I currently live in SF and I'm trying to learn more about how to do my first out of state deal.
@Travis Raila I also live in the city and would be happy to share my experience investing out-of-state and how my partner and I researched various cities, flew out to them, connected with BP members to get to know the market better, and then found some off-market deals.
