I was just in a workshop with Nate Armstrong who owns Home Invest. Has anyone worked with their company when they were buying large multifamily properties? What has been your experience

i looked at your profile and looks like you're already crushing it. congratulations on your success so far.
i am not sure what kind of networking you're doing, but I would try to find other people in a similar position to you, or slightly ahead. maybe there are options to partner together or at a minimum learn what they're doing. this is what I've tried to do - get in rooms with people at the next level.
if you're already doing this and trying to find something to catalyze your next steps i totally get that. but i could never tell a random person on the Internet to spend thousands of dollars on something.
