@Steve Emling Waking up early and making my bed. It sounds stupid, but it sets the tone for the rest of the day. When the alarm goes off the “loser” inside me wants to sleep in. When I get up I start my day off with a win. I believe self discipline is the key factor that differentiates successful people from average people.
Would agree with persistence/consistency. Continuing to work towards something you are passionate about...not that I'm mega successful but I have been successful in accomplishing what I have wanted to so far.
"Strategic Frugality" is a term I use.
The single thing I do that has the biggest impact on my success is listening (or reading) others' advice and excising good judgement regarding that advice by sorting and acting on the wisdom of others.
That's why I came to BiggerPockets.com!
(Up vote for me anyone?! :-) )
I stopped procrastinating.
I make decisions very quickly and once I make that decision I stick with it and go all in.
Yes, this has bitten me in the butt, however in general it works out and I get things done.
