Indianapolis Property Managers
Does anyone have a PM they can recommend? Currently only have 2 units, but I hope to buy another 2-4 soon. If I buy a fourplex, like I hope, that will go to property management right away.

I am a fairly new investor in Indianapolis (2 properties). I had a great experience with T&H Realty so far. They provided useful feedback on what areas to invest in and have a good system to screen tenants and manage renovations. My property required some pretty extensive renovations and they did a good job managing the renovations. Thanks.
