Hi everyone! - I was hoping to find a good novation agreement I could use with a seller I have here in FL. I'm new to the subject-to and novation agreement RE investing and would like to see a form from somebody with experience in these deals. Thank You and Happy Investing!

I would highly recommend getting an attorney involved as if you do not complete a sub-to properly it could lead to issues for you, the seller and the lender.
