First time using this website, was referred by a friend saying I could potentially find a house deal on here. Want to buy a flipper in the Spokane WA Coeur D’alene Idaho area! Will took at all deals small to big. Thanks in advance

In all these years as a real estate investor, I've never found an inland northwest deal on Bigger Pockets. However, I have networked, made relationships that lead to deals... worth every minute spent here.
