What's Everyone Paying for Rehabbing and Flipping in Florida

Posted

I am coming across a lot of leads and deals and I would like to know what everyone is paying for rehabbing including materials and labor for a middle class 3/2 2,000 square foot house on average what are you spending in your area.

The bathrooms, roof, kitchen, rooms, pools, etc.

What kind of tips and tricks do you have to bring the costs down?

Thanks for the responses.

So you are coming across a lot of deals in Miami? HMMM.. I live in FL and am in, Miami every other weekend, what deals?  There is nothing, so would love to see what you call a deal. Also your question is impossible to answer, All due respect, you have all these deals but do no know the cost for reno ?
