Cross posting in rehab/flip in case I can catch more! Looking for some recommendations for Architects and General Contractors in Philadelphia for New Construction in downtown. Looking to build New for SFHs or potentially multi. I'm new to this strategy, so would love to work with those used by others with reputable success! Thanks in advance.
