I've got a flip in Cleveland MS, Does anyone know what the market is there?

I have a stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,300-square-foot single-family home in Cleveland, MS, that I’m looking to sell. The challenge is, I’m not familiar with the local market—or the Mississippi market in general.

Does anyone have insight into the market in this area or know of investors interested in properties in western Mississippi?

(Also, I have to say, spelling “Mississippi” never gets old!)
