Should I supply kitchen appliances in my fix and flip at this time?

nearing the end completion my first fix and flip and I'm over budget, is it worth investing in kitchen appliances in hopes attracting a higher purchase offer and attracting more buyers in this market?

Thanks David! 🙏 Focusing on clean, functioning, and stainless steel appliances would probably be my best play since property is in a middle class neighborhood.

I would see what the area/comps are doing.. The suggestion I have is at least a fridge, dishwasher, hood/microwave, and stove. The fridge is not 100% in my area, but it does make it even nicer for people coming into the house with all new stuff.

Appliances are generally worth it in the long haul. If a buyer is considering your home vs another appliances could swing things. If your area is in high demand then it might not be needed. You can check FB to see if you can find any for a deal.

Yes most buyers expect to have appliances and not have to have the extra expense. may be able to skip a fridge as those were kind of personal. But if you have a buyer on a budget, they're going to need the appliances to be installed in order to afford your house since they know they're gonna have other costs in moving in buying $2000 worth of appliances would probably be too much of a pain point. Concern worry for them to buy at your house.
