Just signed a PO for a future flip, we are finishing up rehab on a LTR first then will transition into this flip.   What kind of insurance do we need to get on a vacant buy and hold property, up until we start renovating?

Depending in how long it will be until you start work you would get a vacant policy if not starting within 30 days otherwise just get builders risk and tell them ur starting soon

Should be vacant insurance then to flip to normal rental insurance. I would talk with the broker and get rates. If this remodel is 15-30 days, just do normal insurance would probably be good, but if this is 2-6 months or longer might need a rehab policy.
