Stay far away from QuickFlip Constructions LLC, Lambros Ballas and Ramon Gonzalez

This is a WARNING. If you're considering this company, stop right now.

We hired them in October 2024 for a flip that was supposed to take THREE months. Instead, they dragged us along for over a YEAR with excuses, lies, and zero accountability. We finally fired them because our holding costs exploded while they did almost nothing. It genuinely felt like we were robbed.

They do NOT finish projects on time. They do NOT show up. We paid exactly according to the contract—and even paid an extra $5,000 just to try to get them moving—but all we got were more delays and more demands for money. Their project manager, Laron, practically begged for cash nonstop, claiming the project would move once they “got more funds.” Total lie.

Their so-called “sleep-at-night guarantee” is a joke. Just a tactic to make you feel safe while they string you along. Lambros will promise you anything to get your signature. Ramon will say yes to everything upfront, then hit you with inflated charges later—sometimes doubled or tripled—and they’ll basically hold your project hostage until you pay.

I’ve done flips in California, Hawaii, and Georgia. I have NEVER dealt with a contractor this unprofessional, unreliable, or deceptive.

And don’t trust the old Key Glee endorsements you see online. Even people who once promoted them are now calling them out. Check the recent reviews—others are going through the same nightmare.

If you hire them, expect stress, lies, delays, extra charges, and a project that will drag on indefinitely. There are plenty of reputable contractors out there. These guys are NOT one of them.

STAY FAR AWAY. Consider this your due diligence and your warning.
