Here is a flip I`m doing.

I would like to get input on what others would pay for the following work.

Kitchen

Install new countertops, sink, faucet and cabinet knobs

Bath #1 Install new vanity, faucet, mirror, light and toilet

Bath #2 Install new vanity, toilet, 2 faucets, 2 mirrors, and two lights

Install 2 storm doors

All new switches, outlets and plate covers (21 outlets 10 switches)

New mini blinds on approx. 15 windows

Install 2 exterior lights

Reglaze 5 windows

This would wildly vary based on your market, the going rate for labor, if your market skews union or non-union, your relationship with your contractors, and the rates you're able to negotiate with your contractors.

I have a standard price I pay for just about every line item, based on about $40 per hour.

This is what I pay, for labor only:

Install new countertops, sink, faucet and cabinet knobs

Countertop - Granite: $100 per slab

    Sink - $35 for install

    Faucet $20 for install

    Cabinet knob - $1.25 each

Bath #1 Install new vanity, faucet, mirror, light and toilet

    Vanity - depends on size

    Mirror - $20

    Light - $15-20

    Toilet - $40

Bath #2 Install new vanity, toilet, 2 faucets, 2 mirrors, and two lights

    see above

    Install 2 storm doors

    never installed one

All new switches, outlets and plate covers (21 outlets 10 switches)

$10 per switch/outlet and plate cover

New mini blinds on approx. 15 windows

$25-30 per window, depending on size.

    Install 2 exterior lights

    ~$15-20

    Reglaze 5 windows

    never glazed windows
