I would see what sold in your neighborhood or homes already on the market. Especially homes with similar square footage and renovation style. Look to see what brand appliances were used in those homes.
Buyers can be picky at this price point so you definitely want to match the appliance quality to the level of finishes and price point you’re targeting.
