I'm looking for solid refferals for subs and GC's in the area. I'm a new investor here and I need some relaible input. 

I'm currently doing a flip in Rock Island and a cosmetic reno on a three flat in Davenport.

I am quick closing on these properties and need someone to start asap.

    Any and all referrals appreciated! I have a flip that I need some help with. With the right people I can just use subs and GC my own project. So, I will take anyone you know!

    I have a great electrician that I use for my projects and he works outside of normal hours. Let me know if you are looking for work like that.

    Hi everyone. Im a part time investor (wholesaling, flips, and rentals) from Pittsburgh who just moved to the QCA. Im looking to network a bit in the area and get started working on some houses here. Do you know of any local investors associations? Facebook shows there are one or two but I don't know if they are still active.

    Any clubs or meetups?
