Im considering another 8 apts. but ive come across something new to me in renting. The 8-plex im looking at is base board electric heat with window mounted a/c. The apts. I currently own all have either electric/gas furnaces, with a/c. Does electric heat cost anymore to heat an apt. than a furnace? And secondly would multi-family units w/o furnace heating systems be less expensive? These apts. rent at 700.00 mo. 2bd. 1 bath. Thanks.
