Looking for a good home inspector or GC in Atlanta / Decatur

Dear BP members,

Do any of you know of any good home inspectors or general contractors in the Atlanta/Decatur area?  My wife and I are planning on purchasing a property for ourselves (possibly a rehab) in the coming days/weeks and are looking for someone that is responsive, thorough, investor-minded, and reasonably priced.
