If I purchased The Book on Flipping Houses via Audible. It sounds like the only way to access the e copies of the spreadsheets mentioned is by purchasing through BP?

@J Scott I have The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs ( important read); but I'm not sure where the digital resources are and I looked through the book; but I'm not seeing any reference.
I see I purchased it off Amazon, if that is the difference.

@J Scott Seems I have encountered the same problem as a few others in this thread, just finished The Book On Flipping Houses on audible and what a great read/listen! Is there a link where I could get the spreadsheets?
@J Scott - Does your book come with digital spreadsheets? Are they available somewhere else for download?
If you purchase the book package (either digital or physical) from BP, it comes with a bunch of digital files, including SOW templates, contract template, chart of accounts, etc.
I purchased your book on Audible, any way to get the digital files? Or is that a BP purchase exclusive
