Hello I’m very new to this . I’ve been reading book after book & im looking to actually start flipping homes. Searching for a mentor or some tips on how to get the ball rolling. Thank you!

    Dig around for local real estate investor meetings, that is your first step.

    Yes, or here on biggerpockets under Network > Events , or you could always start one in your area if you cant actually find one. Another spot to try is meetup.com
