Just seeing if anyone out there is currently investing in the Rochester, MN market. I own one property here, and wondering how the market has been for those actively purchasing SF homes and flipping and or BRRRing. And would like to connect with those that might be in the area.

Hello, Matthew! I am a very active investor in the Rochester Minnesota Market. I have four projects active right now.  I will say though that the market is generally not super friendly towards investors. There are very strict regulations for Rental Properties, inspections, permits Etc.  It can be a very good Market to invest in if you can navigate the waters though.
