@Keleisha Carter welcome to BP and your journey to learning about investing in Real Estate. Please continue to navigate BP on what it take to be out of town investor and what does it requires to build a systems and team! Maybe just maybe connect locally with RE Investment Association to see what are the possibilities. Any idea why your route out of state investment?

@Alex Jones Hi Alex, currently living on Martha’s Vineyard and its a very expensive market. Median home price is $650 and up for 2 bedroom so just want to be open to new things. Familar with Florida market so was thinking there as well but still looking for deals on the island as well.
