Hello, 

We do a lot of work on the houses and properties we buy. On average of $15-20K per house.

I need a tool that will let me add in tasks to be done and calculate and estimate after inspection.

For example,  Need 5 new windows, need shower head, the paint job in all walls, etc.... and once I'm done with everything at the end of would give me a ballpark estimate of cost and what exactly needs to be done so I can communicate with my contractors.

Do you know if anything of this sort is available in the market currently?
